ATT U-verse may be out for a long time

I would expect Cox and Comcast to go at the same time due as Cox licenses the Xfinity platform from Comcast. Dish has always confused me around what they are trying to do.

I still expect Comcast and Cox to come online before the Clemson/GT game.
